May I place an order over the telephone?
Absolutely! Simply, give our friendly staff a call at (772) 233-3015 between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm Eastern and we will be glad to assist you with an order.
I don’t have a credit card, how else can I pay for an order?
We try to offer you as many payment options as possible; we accept Paypal, Money Orders, Western Union, and personal or business checks.
If you would like to use Paypal, simply click the Paypal logo during the Checkout procedure, you will be directed to your Paypal account to authorize payment, then brought back to our site to complete the transaction and receive a Confirmation number.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, please enter and complete the normal checkout procedure. On the final payment step, please click the Method of Payment drop down box, select the ‘Pay with Money Order’ option, and click 'Place Order' button once. Our site will then display instructions on where to mail your check or money order. Shipments will be made after the check has ‘cleared’.
If you wish to pay by Western Union, please call us at (772) 233-3015 and we will instruct you on how to send payment to us.
Does The Bridge Source warranty the merchandise?
We warranty all of the products we sell for 30 days. If a playing card becomes unusable due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will send you a replacement card(s) as necessary free of charge. Naturally, misuse and abuse are not covered. Plastic cards are virtually indestructible, but they are subject to damage if exposed to heat, so please do not leave a plastic deck in a hot car (or similar condition). Damage due to heat exposure is not covered by warranty.
Does The Bridge Source charge Sales Tax?
By law, we are required to charge New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax on orders with a delivery address in the state of New Mexico. Deliveries in other states (and Canada) are tax exempt.
Does The Bridge Source ship Internationally?
Yes, we have many International customers. We accept credit card payments for orders based on our established relationship with you; we reserve the right to require additional means of identification or advance cash payment if we deem it necessary for our protection. We also accept Bank Cheques, Cashier's Checks, and International Money Orders as payment. All checks must be payable in US Dollars. We will ship your order once we are satisfied your check has cleared the banking system.
Our prices DO NOT include any custom duties, import/export surcharges, nor taxes. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any and all such charges that are necessary for you to receive your order. We will attempt to ship your order by the most dependable means; however, we cannot guarantee delivery once your order leaves the United States.
